Can't find Church's... here's a "copy cat" of Popeye's. Maybe it is similar?

try the savoie's rice dressing mix...it's super easy and delicious...you can even kick it up a notch by adding some finely chopped fresh onions & bell peppers....church's and popeyes are both very good at times, pending on how long they've had the dressing out.

brown some good ground meat and discard fat then toss in finely chopped celery, onions, very small amount of green bellpepper(a little goes a long way), minced garlic and saute then add chopped fine a couple three chicken livers (this is a must) and saute seasoning as you like then add to two cups cooked white rice and mix well.
Or you can add uncooked rice to above mixture and stir in and brown just a little then add chicken stock to just a knuckle above the rice, bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer and cover for 20 minutes or put in oven for 30 minutes.
You can tinker with this however you like. I like mushrooms and chopped water chestnuts in it as well. You can even add a can of drained red or black beans for something a little different.
Try adding a little poultry seasoning. Ground pork or turkey are good additions.
