I have some double cut pork chops that I am grilling tonight, and I need a good sauce to go over them. Any ideas?

I think a creole sauce would work well there....here's one from Antoine's
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 cup onions, chopped
3 cups tomato pulp, chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
2 bay leaf
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons parsley, minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
salt and cayenne to taste
1. Melt butter in saucepan and saute onions and bell pepper till limp. Add all remaining ingredients except cornstarch, season to taste and simmer 20 minutes.
2. Mix cornstarch with a little water and blend in sauce. Cook for a few more minutes.
let me know what you are cooking with them and I might be of more help.

If you're looking for something sweet, the following is quick and easy
Mix in some
yellow mustard
pineapple juice
soy sauce
brown sugar
Reduce on med or high until kinda thick, then simply pour over the chops.

If you're looking for something sweet,
I like a sweet sauce with pork chops too. Try this cane syrup sauce:
2 tbls butter
2 tbls minced onion
1 tbls minced garlic
1/4 cup red wine
1/4 cup beef broth
1/4 cup Steen's
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne
Melt butter over medium heat in heavy pan and saute onion and garlic. Add wine and broth and cook until volume reduced to about 1/2. Add the syrup and peppers, cook another minute and ready to go.
