I need a meatball recipe

I've always been a meat sauce fan, but my SO loves meatballs so I thought I'd give it a shot. I picked up a pound of both ground beef and ground pork at the store last night. Also, I already have sauce in the freezer. TIA

Stuff then with fresh mozzarella.

I have one in the RB above. Add just a little milk to the mixture.

This is my method copped from Frank Davis rip.
One lb each of ground beef, pork and veal
One med onion, about 8 toes of garlic and a handful of flat leaf parsley minced finely
2 eggs beaten
One cup each of whole milk, parmesian cheese and Italian breadcrumbs
Dried basil, Italian seasonings and salt and pepper to taste
Half tspn red pepper flakes
Add a little tomato paste if you like
Mix all of the ingredients together (I like to mix everything but the meat first and then incorporate the meat after to make sure all the seasoning are uniform)
Form into balls and place on a greased baking pan. Bake at 450F for 40 minutes turning halfway through.
Add to sauce and enjoy.

Dom DeLuise's Mom's recipe makes the best meatballs I have ever had.
Dom's Mom's Meatballs
2 pounds ground chuck
1/2 pound ground pork
2 cups Italian-flavored bread crumbs
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped very fine
1 onion, minced
1/2 cup pignoli (pine nuts) (optional)
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Let stand 1/2 hour. Shape into medium-size meatballs. Fry gently in olive oil until lightly browned, or place on foil on a cookie sheet and bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Gently place in your own hot spaghetti sauce and cook on medium-low heat for 1 hour.
P.S. What I like to do is quadruple the recipe (you'll have about 100 meatballs) and then place the meatballs on large Teflon baking pans. After they're baked and cooled, I put twenty at a time in large Ziploc bags and pop them in the freezer. Then they're ready, willing, and able anytime!
Serves 10, 2 meatballs per person.

I like half pork and half beef, with plenty of breadcrumbs to lighten the texture. Seasoned w Parmesan (not too much), finely chopped onion, and a bunch of fresh herbs(oregano, thyme, basil, etc chopped finely). I used to brown forst, but now I just plop em directly in the sauce....still delicious without the browning step.
