Helf and seed them, stuff with cream cheese, wrap in bacon, and bake em off.

Use them in place of green bellpepper in any dish. Or stuff them with boudin or breakfast sausage and smoke them.

There is a variety named "Belgian Hot Wax" that look exactly like your typical banana pepper but have the heat around a jalapeno level.

Not real hot, but not mild.

Half em longways and fill with cream cheese and a shrimp tail. Wrap bacon around and grill until bacon is cooked to your liking. Enjoy.

Breakfast sausage, cream cheese, cheddar stuffing

Ground Italian sausage and baked in red sauce and cheese as previously mentioned

Stuff with ground beef, Chile relleno egg batter (Kenji serious eats can show you) and fry them.

Up here in the Burgh we stuff them with fresh Italian sausage, pour some quality marinara on top, and bake… then when they’re just about done, pull them out and put a slice of whole milk mozzarella on top of each pepper and put it under the broiler for about 5 min.

Include onions and some cream cheese, wrap in bacon, sprinkle with bbq rub, and smoke until the bacon is done.

cut into rings and pickle, then season some buttermilk, and fish fry. Dip in ranch or marinara

My mouth is watering.

I like the ideas of cutting them in half and stuffing with meat.

I would attempt with bratwurst. Take out of casing first, of course.

Fry in a pan with a little oil. Meat side down first and flip and finish off.

The Italian sausage idea is probably better than the brats. But I would maybe pour some alfredo sauce over the top.

Or maybe with breakfast sausage and serve alongside of biscuits and gravy.
