Purchase Chinese crawfish frozen in a bag
Add seasoning to the boil - be careful and not make it too spicy!
After a short boil with an onion, let them soak for about 15 minutes
Lastly, sprinkle a little more seasoning on the bugs after they have soaked to "kick it up"

Seems easier than Louisiana crawfish. Those Chinese have the efficiency down pat.
