Is it possible to make ramen broth in a Crockpot?

I'd like to be able to make my own ramen broth with pork bones. When researching you're supposed to do it in a pot for 24 hours. Can't you just do the same thing running a Crockpot on low for that length of time, or at least 12 hours?
Has anyone tried doing this?

If you do a search for crock pot or slow cooker pork ramen, results would indicate that you can. I only looked at a couple of recipes, but they looked good. One of the recipes had variations for crock pot, instant pot, and stove top.
I hope yours comes out good!

I don't know why you couldn't. Set on high, it's going to be slightly less than a low boil.
Your other option, which I've done before, is to start on the stove and finish in the oven, if you're worried about leaving an unattended pot on the stove overnight. I've boiled down some chicken/turkey carcasses like this, and they turned out good.
