What is the best way to make these. Should i cook the burgers and then let them simmer in a pan of sauce on the grill until ready to serve.?? We had some at festival international that you could smell cooking from a block away and i think this is how they did it..

I do it like that sometimes, and I also just paste it on sometimes open grill. either way is great. jack millers is the absolute best bbq sauce.

Pig Stand is the best BBQ sauce made ever.

I cook whatever it is I am grilling then move em to a cooler part of the grill then start applying the sauce and let cook until thick.

if you look on the jar of jack millers (or pig stand) it says to mix the sauce into the raw meat while making your patties. This is the best way to do it. Sounds wierd but it is great. It's on one of the brand's jars.

no matter the ingredients, i always mix it into the meat. not weird at all (and yes, i use an egg to hold them together, plus some italian bread crumbs)

i meant for people that are not used to the "onion" barbeque sauce. I am from the hometown that both are made.

they actually started in business together. Pig Stand was their original product and then Jack left and started his own (using alot more marketing tactics).
