Jumbo Jack is not 99 cents anymore?

I went to Jack in the Box Monday and my Jumbo Jack was $1.29. When did they raise the price here? I rarely go to that god-awful place, but I was starving. Now they have absolutely nothing going for them. Second worst fast food restaurant in BR.

Beef hit the roof this week. Its a combo of ethanol driving feed prices and the cost to get the beef to market.

The worst is Burger King.

still one of the best deals in fast food imo. i usually get two and make a double burger out of it and it fills me up like a complete meal for $2

How do you judge such a thing? McDonald's, BK, shite-in-the-box, Sonic-dump, and Whatapieceofshit are all so damn bad. Trying to rank these would be like trying to decide which turd in the toilet is the smells the worst.

I would never eat at Jack in the Box. Don't ya'll remember that about twenty years ago the numerous people that died because they ate Jack in the Box burgers? Many of the victims were kids. This happened in the Northwest. Their bugers at that time literally were contaminated with animal feces. I guess it is deserving of its name shite in the Box.

I think there Bacon Ulimate Cheeseburger was good. I remember being a student and getting them campus coupons (either by one sandwich get one free or buy one Ulimate Cheeseburger get one free).
If I was hungry I could get 2 of those for $3.26 and eat one then and save the other for later. Great meal.
