Just watched the R&OS episode of Mystery Diners

The (Oops ETA)"HIPPO" sized niece was just a hoot at being an absolute(insert bad word) of a woman. "My momma is gonna come take care of you" tomorrow was just greatness in responding to getting fired. If I ever saw her serving me anywhere, I would exit the place.

I just watched it too. Agreed, if I saw her at her new job, I would bolt. Luckily I never eat at any chain restaurants.

Find the other big thread on here about this.
It was total bullshite.
R&O's is a solid business, so the only thing you can assume is that the owner or owner's are attention whores and wanted to be on tv. It was just stupid.

I went into R&O's today to pick up a to-go order. Place was busy like always.
Two things I noted that I guess I normally wouldn't think much of, but now do after seeing this show-
1. The girl who went to the back to get my order stood there and flipped off someone in the kitchen twice while waiting to bag up my food.
2. Heard some of the wait staff people bitching with each other rather rudely by the bar area while I was waiting.
Maybe the place is a zoo after all.
