This is a great series I’ve been watching on Create PBS 123 and it’s all women chefs of New Orleans.
Just saw Cara Benson of Toast do a ratatouille omelet that looked great and Melissa Martin of Mosquito Supper Club make eggplant fritters.
I recommend the series. Really well done in the style of the old Great Chefs series.

Big fan, I watch it on LPB weekends, and binge it on Youtube and wherever I can find episodes.
Really want to dine at Alma or Saveur Catering, love the looks of Melissa Araujo's cooking..
And the Gracious Bakery lady' stuff, etc..

Nicole Mackie, Tia Henry, and Tanya Dubuclet have been some of my favorites. They really come across well and are likable on camera.
Mackie was making a dish that called for cream. She looked at the camera and emphasized Not half and half, not whole milk, REAL cream!
