My wife and I are taking our three boys to GWL for a few days this week. Any recommendations for restaurants in the area? Appreciate any insight. God bless.

Sneak out and head over to Wild Leap Brewing. Get a pour of Alpha Abstraction

I've stayed there four times in the last 18 months and can unequivocally say that there are very few GREAT places to eat in LaGrange. There are quite a few mediocre and a couple good places, but nothing over the top.
Of course they have food at the lodge and the pizza is solid but, the other options are expensive for what they're worth.
Two restaurants that don't suck are
The Oink Joint-BBQ
Mare Sol-Italian
If you're into beer, Wild Leap is a 8-10 minute drive from GWL. They have really good beers and serve their vodka and RTDs. They are partnering with a local food truck to provide lunch and dinner during hours of operation but hadn't set it up yet as of January 26th.
There's also Beacon Brewing which has full service dining and bar. The beer is pretty good. The food is decent but nothing special.
Full disclosure, the last time I stayed was for a conference and the family wasn't with me, so I packed a toaster oven to use in the room. Came in clutch for late night booze absorption.
Good luck, I know your three boys are going to have a lot of fun.

There are a few Korean places in the area, probably because of the nearby Kia plant. I haven't eaten there but Todamgol looks promising. Might be worth exploring the Korean options in town.

there's an Italian joint across from Mare Sol that's very casual and large portions (downtown). can't speak for Oink Joint but stay away from Hog Heaven BBQ
