Talked about on this board quite a few times, a staple in Ascension parish for jambalaya
Anyway, I am hearing unconfirmed but reliable reports that Founder and World Champion Jambalaya cook Mr Kim LeBlanc passed away this morning
I got to be pretty good friends with Kim and he taught me how to make a jambalaya, he will certainly be missed

Does anyone know if Leblanc's creole seasoning is sold in Metairie/Kenner stores?
