Leftover Crawfish

First time having a good amount of crawfish left over from a boil and I'm trying to decide what to do with them. I've looked in the internet and came across the classic etoufee and fried crawfish recipes but I want to go a different route. Just not sure which direction to go. Any help on suggestions or recipes would be much appreciated.

Crawfish Monica
Crawfish bisque
Tried to whip up some crawfish cakes after our last boil but I fricked them up. Not sure how good it would have been in the first place tho.

Crawfish stew, put some of the potatoes and leftover smoked sausage in there too if you have it.

Throw that nasty shite away and buy some shrimp.

Pick the tails and put them in zip lock bags with about 1 pound in each bag. We just had crawfish pasta as our main dish with several family members using frozen tail meat. Also good in a salad.

another simple recipe ... jalapeño poppers
mix tails with Philadelphia cream cheese (easier to mix when soft)
sprinkle your favorite Cajun seasoning or spices into mixture to taste
slice jalapeños in half and de-seed
spoon crawfish mixture onto jalapeño , wrap with bacon, and grill

A good crawfish omelette is hard to beat for breakfast.

Crawfish tacos. Throw them on the heat for a minute and serve em in (yellow corn) tortillas with a simple sauce, a little pico de gayo and shredded cabbage or lettuce. And dont forget the beer!

Crawfish stew w/ potatoes. Do this regularly. So good.
Most recently day before yesterday.
Also like crawfish fettuccine.
