How long are hams good for refrigerated before cooking? Thanks.

This is just an estimate, but I would think 7 days, if refrigerated the entire time.

I get one every year from a chemical retailer. I eat off of it for 10 days or so. I like to pan fry it and throw it on a sandwich so I may be extending the life a little by doing that.
