Looking for a quick and easy "cheat" rice dressing recipe

Just me and the wife for Xmas and we don't want to put a lot of time and effort into our meal. Doing a couple Cornish hens, defrosting some gumbo and making a few sides.
Looking for a rice dressing casserole. Seems I remember seeing some posted in the past that just used bulk sausage, ground beef, and maybe some canned soups or something. Tia

Dude, just cook some bacon down to get some bacon grease. Eat bacon as app.
Brown your ground meat real good, add big bag of frozen onion mix and cook that down real good. Throw garlic in the middle. Cook a pot of jasmine rice and add that to it. Awesome every time. The jasmine rice is key.

Or you could go to the drive-through at Popeye's and pick up a quart of their Louisiana rice.
