I picked up a 28” blackstone griddle a while back and so far I love it. So far I’ve cooked bacon (of course), eggs, pancakes, philly cheese steaks, hibachi style rice, fajitas, and smash burgers. Looking for other ideas on what else I can cook on this thing. Thanks.

Chicken tacos. Marinate chicken thighs in marinade of choice. I used chipotle peppers, cumin, chili power, garlic and lime. Griddle them on high heat, after he first flip Lower to medium and cover them with thin sliced onions. Cook until they are able to be cut up easily with the spatula. Corn or flour tortillas on the griddle, keeping some of the grease from the chicken.

I’ve done steaks on mine. You can also do the entire hibachi meal on it. No need to just do the rice.

Anything that can be cooked on a flattop can be cooked on your Griddle and there are a ton of things that can be cooked on a flattop.

Youtube has a ton of them from sandwiches to Chinese. Just do a search "cooking on the Blackstone". This is one of my favorite series "Next with Dave":
