What is a good brand of pots that wont rust or dent? Also, what size do i need to boil 50 lbs in 1 batch?

100qt for your size. I got my 100qt set up from a nearby academy -- I think the brand is either Outdoor Gourmet or Bayou Classic.
TH03 mentioned Cajun Rocket Pot. I really want one, just haven't pulled the trigger.
TH03, you like yours?

I'll get one the next time I buy a pot. The new ones sound nice.

I don't remember the old ones having the burner welded to the base of the pot itself. Not sure how I feel about that design in terms of draining the pot once the boil is finished.

R and V Works Cajun boiler.

It’s got a spigot on it for draining

I'm cool with the spigot, would just need a long enough hose to get to the storm drain.

How much are you spending?
I'd get one of those cool ones that could do two sacks from academy.
The ones on wheels and stuff.

Looks like everybody is recommending $500+ equipment. You trying to spend that or nah?
*** OP FWIW my old pot was a hand-me-down from FIL. Handles finally rusted off. This is the 100qt I'm ordering to replace it. It looks more robust than the other options in the $100sh range.
King Kooker 100qt

looks liek the welded a new burner on the new rocket pots. I guess that fixes the problems with bent or broker rods on the bottom. I dont know if i like this.

IDK, but my Cajun dad laughed really hard at this new pot one of my friends got.

I was looking for something at a pawn shop the other day and noticed that nice crawfish pots can be had for dirt cheap. I guess they are real easy to steal?

I have had my Bayou Classics for probably close to 20 years .. but these new styles sure are getting my attention

I just can't see spending that much money on a boiling set up. But to each their own.

I have an 80, 100, and 120 qt version of King Kooker pots, as well as 3 King Kooker burners. All are over 10 years old. All are stored in my garage and get used at least 12x a year.
They are still in great shape.
A lot of people like Rocket Pots and if I was buying a new one, I'd consider it, but I don't like the spigot and the new integrated burner. Also the cost is nuts.
Here's the 120 qt King Kooker LINK
They have some smaller ones as well, but for 50 lbs I would do at least a 100 qt pot. My rule of thumb is 2 qts for every 1 lb of crawfish/shrimp/crabs etc.
