Have a client meeting and want to grab lunch after it ends. Any recommendations?

Family of the Cuban place opened a spot near the Walmart Neighborhood Market. It’s damn good. So are Atchafalaya and The Galley.

Tampico’s is trash.

I ate at Atchafalaya. Service was great. Sweet waitress. Nice curves and always ready. Food was on time and tasted great. Side salad with blu cheese. Fresh tomatoes in it. Asked for side veggie instead of fries and they did it with no up charge. Fried fish was thin, crisp and hot. Didn’t like their tartar sauce, but mothe in maw makes the best so you can’t compare. Solid 7-8 and would go back/recommend.

Clean restroom too! Big plus for me.

Forgot to mention, the New Mexican place next to the sports bar (across from the hotel), is damn good. I think it used to be the Thai/Asian place.
