From the google
“Magnalite and McWare are both aluminum cookware brands that are similar in price and shape. Magnalite pots are made from a magnesium alloy and aluminum, while McWare pots are made from polished aluminum. McWare is sometimes called the "new Magnalite" because it was created to be similar to Magnalite pots”

Magnalite is now made in China I think.
But the originals were made by Wagner in Sindey Ohio (Sindey-O models) then Magnalite GHC were also in USA...
eBay is a good source to find the older USA models.

Pretty sure McWare was always made in China, but the company is based in Mamou, so it's 'local'. That being said, I have a set of McWare that I really like- I've had them for over 10 years and so far, so good.

Magnalites quit being produced in 1990s.
McWare is the closest to the OG IMO and as stated above its a branch of Cajun Classic "made in Mamou"
IMUSA is a cheaper alternative sold on Amazon and Walmart. (many reviews state theres no noticeable difference than the OG Magnalites
There are plenty of Facebook Magnalite swap shop groups
There is an old guy at VWatts in Livingston, LA with a booth set up selling all the originals in all sizes all polished up shiny for $$$

like one of the comments said, magnalite is no longer produced and McWare is what is produced now and is as close to magnalite as you will find. I have a few old magnalites from my grandmother as well as a McWare and truly cannot tell much of a difference at all
