Middle Eastern dishes and recipes........

I have just started exploring Middle Eastern cuisine in the last few years, and im trying to learn more.. What are your favorite Middle Eastern foods and recipes????

baba ganoush, hummus, falafel, lamb kabob... does taziki and gyro count? Close enough I reckon.

The best Middle Eastern dishes are w/ red meat.

They have some great recipes for lamb shank that are really tender, juicy, and flavorful.
