Montgomery\Prattville, Alabama Recs

Going up to Prattville for a golf weekend. Anyone have any good restaurant recommendations in either Montgomery or Prattville? Thanks.

Central in Montgomery is pretty good. It's downtown by the baseball stadium. All I can think of, but I'm not super familiar with Montgomery.
Prattville seems like chain restaurant city, especially near the interstate and golf course(assuming you're playing the RTJ course there). But that's the only area of Prattville I'm familiar with.

Thanks. Looks like Prattville has a little downtown area that might have a few spots. I also saw Charles Anthony's Restaurant had a good looking menu.

You're not going to find much more than chains and cheap mexican in Prattville.
Best bet is to look around downtown Montgomery near the Renaissance. There's an Italian place (Saza) and Central. There are several bars around there to check out too, Aviator, Alley Bar, and the Exchange Bar (at the Renaissance).

The catfish house just outside of town in Millbrook is nice. The white beans and hushpuppies are great as I remember.

If you like sushi Osaka in Prattville is fantastic.

Uncle Micks in downtown Prattville is great. I like Fox’s pizza as well but it’s nothing to write home about. Mexico Tipico is my favorite Mexican restaurant but that’s not saying much 
Central in Montgomery is great but I only eat there when someone else is paying.
