I have tried them all, and they are all very lackluster. Cafe Nino, Stein's, Liberty, Verti Marte, Gene's, and others. None of them were worth a shite.

Doubt it. Po boys aren't that difficult to make.

Poboys are not the same without New Orleans French bread so yes, making a good one in Philly would be tough

I've noticed your posts, and you definitely seem to be on a high horse. I bet you are one of those guys that used to be fat as frick and then lost a bunch of weight so you think you are a food expert (like Jared from Subway). Actually you may still be a fatass.

Sam's Southern Eatery in Bastrop once served me a Philly Cheesesteak with no cheese. When I brought this to Ladellaquisha's attention she said "oh, I aint hear you say you wanted cheese".

No, never was a fat boy. Played sports year round my whole life. Still play soccer twice a week.
Interesting guess.

I will say the list of interesting threads has been lacking, so I have been shorter tempered lately.
I've noticed your posts are largely irrelevant so keep it up.

What makes your posts so much better?

Never had a good one outside NOLA.
I like steins cheese steak. I guess I'm on a low horse though.

Yet you rave about fast food sandwiches.

I wanted to like Stein's take, I really did. But they are so damn skimpy on the cheese it made for a bland sandwich.

Shitehole chain. I know they have one on the Westbank. If it's anything similar it's completely filthy. I ate there several years ago and remember it being super heavy, using cheap ingredients.

Thx for saving me a trip. It was in a sketchy strip mall, but hey, I've had some great meals in sketchy strip malls. Won't waste the calories on an inferior cheesesteak, tho.

Pretty sure that same chain opened up on Jefferson Hwy in Elmwood and closed just a few months later.

You saw the package the ingredients came in? Or your refined palate distinguished said cheap ingredients? Tell me about the undertones of meatiness and tooth feel of the sub-par italian loaf they used in place of Reising's.
