Does anyone know how to make the Pechuga gravy that Ninfa's pours over their chicken fajitas. I know there is ton of butter, but beyond that I am stuck. I'd love to attempt my own, so any recipe or ingredient suggestions are welcome. TIA!

I found this on recipelink.com:
"My husband Jose worked as a caterer for ninfas on Westheimer st in Houston for 7 years. The chicken in Pechuga was also a favorite of mine. I can tell you exactly what is in it I just dont have the exact measurements. All it takes to make it is a good bottle of Port wine, Butter & half & half cream. Just dont overcook it. Well hope this helps it's really pretty simple.
Let me know how it goes."
Hope that helps!

I made fajitas last night but didn't feel like I had enough info to make a solid attempt at making the sauce, so maybe I'll try the butter, port and cream option and see what happens. Anyone else have any info? Thanks!
