I don't hate it like you do, but I do agree that the pasta could be a lot tastier, there are lots of places in St Tammany with better Italian.
That being said, I do really like Joe's pizza. Their pizza menu is on their facebook page.

tried to go again yesterday but we had to abort. We got there at 530P and i was thinking we’d beat the crowd…there were 25 ppl at least outside waiting in line just to get to the host stand LOL. And inside was so packed you could hardly walk thru
so they got it going on right now
the funny thing is when we walked back after eating elsewhere around 7P, it was half full. So I guess the play is go late if you want to eat there
