Just saw an announcement on social media, they’re closing. Personally thought they were the best BBQ in Baton Rouge.

They absolutely were

I never made it over to their newer location in P'ville. Wonder if they'll go back to the food truck model. Hopefully they're not totally done

Wouldn't it be Prairieville proper? Or if we are talking unincorporated areas, would it be Hobart, Oak Grove, or Little Prairie? I think Hobart was closer to Manchac at Old Jefferson, while Oak Grove is closer to 42 at Old Jefferson. Little Prairie, I always took for north of 42 near Little Prairie Rd. Galvez, I always imagined was East of 44. I remember when there used to be signs naming the cities/villages/areas along the highway in that area back when the former LeBlancs was a Piggly Wiggly.

Smoke Bayou? They just moved away from Inniswold. As of March 31st, they're now on Coursey across from Salad Station and Home Depot. Very close to Urban Climbing.

10655 Coursey Blvd , Baton Rouge, LA, United States, Louisiana

I went 2 weeks ago and the burnt ends and his sides were spicy but incredible. I got the beef crackling and it was inedible. Hard as a rock.
