I'm the only one in the house that even wants breakfast on weekdays, so I have been wanting to try different things to at least have something before I go to work. I gave a variety pack a go. The kit comes with a cup for mixing and drinking with a marked fill line for the milk. Here's my rankings and thoughts. Now, when I went into this, I thought there would be lots of variance and I also think my expectations were a bit too high. So, the lower scores are probably too low. None were terrible and I would not be upset with this same pack over and over. Anyway,

Banana Bread 9/10 - will always order
Strawberries and Cream 9/10 - same
Blueberry Cobbler 8/10
Bananas Foster 8/10
Coconut Cream Pie - 7.5/10
Chocolate PB Banana 7.5/10
Root Beer Float 6/10 This is an experimental flavor and was better than I expected
Pear and Apple Crumble 6/10 - I went ahead and re-ordered, as this one was early, and I may have been too harsh
Green Apple Cinnamon 5/10 Boring
Boston Cream 4/10 - My first one, and probably too harsh on it.

My second box just came in and I tried some new things. If anyone is interested, I can update.

I did that when they gave me a deal but would drink for lunch as a meal substitute and use/used unsweetened almond milk.

I then decided to inspect what was in the packets and make it myself.

I ordered most of off Amazon.

as a side note, Aldi's has the spoon version of them for less than $2.

They vary. I checked a few and they ranged from 6-9 grams.

Me as well. I may pull the trigger now . I have been making my own for a while but i got a big arse bag of Sprouted rolled Oats from Costco and they just don't get soft enough for overnight oats.

I just go to H-E-B and get oats, hemp seeds, and chia seeds.

3 parts oats
2 parts hemp seeds
1 part chia seeds

Stir some of their raw honey in hot water and mix it all together, be sure it is super soggy and put it in the fridge overnight

Eat the next day.

Easy.
