Paul Prudhomme's Meat Magic Seasoning

I have a recipe I want to try this weekend that calls for it, but I live in Houston and I'm not sure I'll be able to get it very easily around here before Sat.
Does anyone know what's in it? I've never used it before, but I'm hoping to get an idea of what's in it to try to replicate the flavors at least a little bit.
Is it a pretty standard "cajun" seasoning blend? Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne?

For the most part, that's what it is. I might have some in the cabinet at the house. I can check when I get home.

Exactly this

Salt, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Paprika, Dehydrated Onion.

It's pretty widely available. I can find it in Arlington pretty easily at the grocery stores, ie Kroger and Albertsons.

What's the dish? If it happens to be one of the recipes in his Louisiana Kitchen cookbook, the seasonings were listed by ingredient. Before his recipes called for using his commercial blends.

You should be able to find it at Rice Epicurean or Central Market.. Wal Mart also carries it.

Just so you know.. I'm insanely jealous of anyone that can so easily say, "I'll stop by Central Market.."

Such a great area.. Rice Epicurean and Central Market across the street from each other. Nice shopping centers on Westheimer, Rice Village down Kirby, River Oaks Shopping Center, nice movie theaters.. Houston is a damn fine town.
