Peanut Coleslaw Help

I want to make coleslaw for Easter that is close to the Parrain's or TJ Ribs slaw. Both include peanuts, and I love them. When I Google, I am getting "Peanut Slaw" -- cabbage with a soy/sesame oil type sauce.
Anyone ever make one like this? What would be my best course of action?
A. A regular coleslaw recipe with peanuts just thrown in?
B. Slaw tossed in homemade peanut sauce (like a Thai peanut sauce)?
C. The sesame oil/soy/rice vinegar mixture I've seen with peanuts tossed in?
Something else?

Both of these would be good. Toasted peanuts would set it off, too.

Yum! And easy.
