one of my favorite cocktails but i suck at making it right. i know the napoleon house just uses pimms/lemonade/sprite (which is fine), but i had one at the sazerac this weekend which was perfect...i think they added a bit of gin?

anyone got the sazerac recipe or have knowledge of the correct was to make one? i see a bunch of different recipes online

To me, it's all about 2 things- the cucumber spear garnish (English Cucumbers are so much better) and the lemonade you use. I will splurge on Chik-Fil-A lemonade for $10/gallon when I make Pimm's Cups. I add a splash of vodka, but that shouldn't change the taste. I also use 7up instead of Sprite.

Go to Whole Foods and buy this:

Mix with 1 parts Pimms to 2 parts the lemonade soda, add a slice of cucumber. I suppose you could add a bit of gin if you want it kicked up a bit.
