Pique: Puerto Rican hot sauce/0epper vinegar(with pic)

I have made this before cand it’s normally like a normal pepper vinegar but with pineapple. This a copycat version of the pique from Sol Food a famous Puerto Rican restaurant outside of San Francisco. It used dried chile Arbols rather than fresh peppers.

why not strain through cheesecloth to filter out the small particles? this looks really good though, and I may give this recipe a shot. I've been looking to make my own hot sauce at some point.

This is really more akin to a pepper vinegar as opposed to a traditional sauce. If you decide to make somes sauces start a thread before hand . I have some really good recipes.
