I can't believe I just learned about this.
Apparently not all locations have them.
Is this something new?

My uncle used to keep Al's boats running.. We used to get it by the box in the 80's & 90's until Al's Coke that kept my uncle running finally retired his heart.

Cajun Sparkle has been around for decades. I ate it as a kid at our local chicken place.

Crazy that I've never heard of it.
We eat Popeyes just about every Sunday during Saints games.

I too just learned about this about a year ago after the nice lady behind the counter recommended I try it on my tenders. I ask for it every time I go now.

Creole seasoning in a pack re branded as Cajun Sparkle.... use as it you would Tony's or any other Creole Seasoning.
Did y'all know that Waffle House has there own "Canes Sauce" type sauce. It comes in a little pack and is great on Hashbrowns.

Dates back to late 80s at least.
Fried chicken livers with Cajun sparkle - what a meal.
In the early 90s they had the best chicken nuggets - cubed out the tenderloin - that with onion rings topped with Cajun sparkle was a meal fit for a king.

No.
They are awesome though.
When I was a kid, I'd put that on their nuggets. (Wish they'd bring those back, btw)
If you do keep a few, keep them in the fridge. The seasoning will cake up and turn into one big block of stuff if you put them in a cabinet.

You're just gonna leave this here with no further info and walk away?
