Braised pork cheeks are on the menu at Solera (highly recommended) and Ruffino's tonight, I'd like to try cooking with them but have not seen in stores. I'm presuming Iverstine's has them at God knows what price, has anyone else seen them in BR markets?

I did notice beef cheeks in Sam’s Club in Lafayette, but can’t remember seeing pork cheeks…

Call iverstines and ask them. They are fantastic when it comes to customer service. If the can’t get it, they will at least tell you how to get it yourself.

Iverstine said if you call ahead they will save them for you. However, you can easily make ruffinos braised pork cheeks recipe with pork shoulder. I’ve done it many a time
