Pork neck bones in white beans

Picked up a pack today. Want to use in white beans but don’t wanna worry about the bones. Think I’m gonna brown, braise, shred and discard bones before adding to my beans towards the end. Strain and add braising liquid too. Looking for suggestions. TIA.

Yes, what you say is perfect. I don’t have any other suggestions for you.

That's exactly what I'd do if using neck bones. Those little bits of bone, if not picked out will make it a PITA to eat.
I will make turkey neck stew a few times a year and cook the necks down in a rich brown gravy for hours. When the meat is starting to fall of the bones, I'll take them out and pick all the meat off and add that back to the pot.
