Possible Unpopular opinion?: Mexican hot sauces are better than Louisiana hot sauces

Don’t get me wrong I keep Louisiana, Crystal, and Tabasco in my fridge at all times and use them weekly but for commercially popular hot sauce the Mexican hot sauces have more flavor to me. We aren’t talking speciality hot sauces just your easily found in the grocery store sauces. Cholula is good but Tapatio is my favorite

Why do you keep the hot sauces in the fridge? Not necessary.

I think Louisiana hot sauces are more versatile and the flavors blend with a greater variety of foods. Mexican hot sauces are really good but make every you put them on taste Mexican.
On a side note, the Valentina Mariscos is really good and you would probably like it. It’s made from arbol chili peppers and has a bit more kick to it than regular Valentina.

I’ll start leaving them in the cabinet then for some reason we grew up putting it in the fridge. I’ve had the Valentina before. The one in the big black bottle. Very good.

I keep some sauces in the fridge (the ones that are used less frequently) and some in the pantry. The fridge preserves there color & I liked it to look fresh.
The eses in the kitchen always ate fresh, peeled cucumber drowned in Valentina. It's actually pretty good!

Coddled eggs with a little butter, salt, granulated garlic and Tabasco. Can't be beat.

One of my favorite late night drunk snacks is fresh popped popcorn tossed in Tapatio or Valentina.
