Does anyone know where I can get some good, homemade type pralines in Baton Rouge?

My wife has a real easy microwave praline recipe. She makes them in about 30 minutes and I usually don't let the harden all the way before I start eating them.

I know, microwaves are only good for reheating leftovers and popping popcorn, but these are really good.

I'll see if I can get the recipe and post it later today, but she is getting ready to go into a long meeting and I'll probably forget. There should be some good recipes on the internet though.

"New Orleans-Style" Pralines (as opposed to... I dunno... "North Baton Rouge-Style" Pralines?) appear to be made here in BR and sold in the two malls by Bernards Pralines
