Rabideauxs sausage

Finally got some Rabideauxs sausage (thanks Nunus). That’s by far the best sausage I’ve had locally. You guys had great suggestions. I’ve gone to Ville Platte for Teets, had Salt Lick sausage from Texas and hit all the local places that y’all suggested but Rabideaux smoked sausage was the best. Great flavor, not over seasoned. Just good.

Paul, have you tried Ranbideaux? I get to each his own, but that was really good stuff.

If you are ever able to go to the Rabideauxs in Iowa, buy their regular unsmoked sausage, makes the best gravy

I've been known to rock my Rabideauxs shirt from time to time. Been going since I was a child. Extended family used to own it
