I got this recipe from Emeril's website. It's easy to make and delicious. Goes great with fried seafood, fried green tomatoes, or as a dip for sweet potato fries.
White Remoulade Sauce
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon finely chopped green onions (green part only)
2 tablespoons finely chopped yellow onions
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon powdered mustard
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to blend.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
This is a simpler version that I've done as well:
3/4 cup mayo
2 tbs finely chopped green onions
2 tbs finely chopped yellow onions
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 pepper

Celeriac remoulade is super old school French. I remember Julia making one back in the day
