I love meatloaf the night it is cooked. When I reheat it in the microwave, I’m not a fan. What can I do? Pan sear it? Put it back in the oven?

Slice. Lay on a griddle turning several times.

Microwave., try to wrap the plate in a wet paper towel and do a reheat. The steam from the paper towel usually keeps it moist.

Moist ain’t the problem. To me it tastes like wet meat and it’s gross. I’m thinking pan/grilled seed into a burger is the way to go

Cold between two slices of bread with a little mayo and ketchup.

Mine comes out delicious even when cold but when I want to warm it to the best flavor I take a pan and heat it up, add a little butter and then the sliced meatloaf when melted. It gets a nice browning crust, flip and do other side. Great on a sandwich or plate.
