Ruffino's Shrimp Corn Dog Sauce Recipe?

The recipe for the corn dogs was in the Advocate, but the sauce recipe wasn't given. I've never had them. Anyone know what type of mustard sauce it is or have that recipe? I couldn't find it anywhere else on the web.

Gris, don't laugh but it's basically the same sauce we use for Stone Crab Claws, which I took from Joe's in Miami. I'm addicted to it!!
1 tablespoon Colman's dry mustard, or more to taste,
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Worcestershire
1 teaspoon A-1 sauce
2 tablespoons light cream
salt

I've got half of a 3 liter Jeroboam of Ruffino's Passion I need to drink. I think the other half went straight to my liver which I have hanging on the clothes line now drying out.
And the shrimp corn dogs are a kick.

Thanks, SB! My Mom wants to make the recipe for some friends and she was anxious to use the same sauce.

One of the managers, Ryan, goes out of his way on a regular basis as well.

Never had a bad experience there.

My Mom made these last night with the sauce for company and they were a big hit. She didn't have the stand for them, so she used some styrofoam that she wrapped in foil. Not pretty, but it was a casual meal with some friends so it didn't matter. Thanks again!

If they are serving these, try them. I can't wait to have them for myself. I'll probably make them soon.

We served these during the cocktail hour at a dinner we donated to a fundraiser on Saturday night. They were a hit! Passed them stuck in a few of the little pie pumpkins on some Fall pottery with the dip in sort of an acorn half made of the same pottery. So easy and a BIG HIT! We gave all of the accolades to Ruffino's. I think everyone put the restaurant on their list. I have a picture but it doesn't do it justice. Many many thanks for sharing this!

Have any of you tried that recipe for BangBang Shrimp? My neighbor made it and it tastes exactly like what you get at Bonefish Grill. I've only been to Bonefish twice. I really didn't care for their food but I did like that BangBang shrimp.

What happened to him and when did he die?

Never mind, I did a search of his name and saw he had cancer. I didn't realize this.

I was wanting to do the Oscar Dinner this year, but I have a feeling it's already booked
