Sauce for coconut shrimp

I've got a bunch of shrimp and I've always enjoyed coconut shrimp even though I rarely make it. Any recipes for a quick, good sauce to whip up for them?

Paul Prudhomme's Sweet and Tangy Dipping Sauce (for Coconut Shrimp)
1 (18 ounce) jar of orange marmalade
5 T creole mustard
5 T fresh grated horseradish (prepared if that's all you have)
Mix and enjoy.
P.s. This is eerily similar to the Outback Restaurant preparation. A good friend that was in management there told me Paul helped design many of their original recipes.

I have 3 bottles in my pantry right now. Its an item I'm afraid to run out of it.

sweet chili sauce
Try this mixed with a little mayo, shot of lemon juice and dash of Tony's
And I like the Maggi brand.
Oddly enough my Viet market does not have it anymore and the only place I can find it is the Sureway in Grand Isle.
Whats up with that

I haven't had the Maggi brand, but I see Mae Ploy in the Asian sections of regular groceries.

They have another sauce made especially for seafood
It doesn't have the distinctive red color
But if you're into sweet sauces that stuff is crack
