Got some fresh bread n I want to make a dipping sauce to go along with it... So I figured I might as well throw in some crab meat or claws if I can find em... Anyway, what's a fairly good, easy recipe? Might put some over the fillets too

Fresh garlic, butter, white wine, brandy or sherry with white pepper works well.

I like the sauteed claws at Mandina's. Mandina's uses bread crumbs in the mixture. No need for the bread. I make them that way from time to time with the above ingredients.

A sauvignon blanc should be a choice.

I usually use what I have around the house or might have open at the time. I like sherry a lot with crabmeat. You don't need an expensive brand. You could use Taylor dry sherry. I keep a bottle around because I put it in other dishes from time to time. I don't know about cheap brandy because I've never used the cheap stuff.
