It's mayo based. Kinda like a mix of a remoulade and cane's sauce maybe? Rouses has it. Pretty sure I've seen it in Whole Foods too. Can find it with the other cold salad dressings.

Love it. I put it and Cousin's Creole Tomato Dressing out with boiled shrimp. Some folks were dipping chips in it, also..

I saw it in Kenney's Seafood in Slidell.

Langenstein's has it. It's in the fridge section near the sausage, I think, on Arabella. In BR, I buy it at Calvin's.

Check the exp dates if you're not going to use it all soon, though. It doesn't have a long shelf life.

I know the Rouses on Tchoup has it in the small fridge section the the left of the seafood counter.

Appreciate all the comments and recommendations (knew I could count on the FDB).

Sounds like I'll have try some out.

Like it very much, but lately have been grabbing Whole Foods Cajun Remoulade for my boiled shrimp dip.

Finally tried some this afternoon with some crab stuffed mushrooms.

Very good; I too would highly recommend it.
