Seafood (crabmeat/shrimp) Au Gratin recipes??

call it overly cliche, but my fiance' wants seafood au gratin over a baked potato for our valentines dinner....
anyone got a good recipe?

Just search for Mike Andersons version and make it a mix of crab and shrimp.

I don't get the over the baked potato part, but if you make a bechamel with some white pepper, brandy, sherry or white win and add some gruyere, you've pretty much got it. You can put cheese in it or on top and melt it or both depending on how cheesy she wants it. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp, though.
