Seeking opinions on the best options for bulk Jambalaya in Baton Rouge

Is there anywhere beside the chains like Jambalaya Shoppe, Pot & Paddle, and Rice & Roux that offers a better product for large gatherings?
I have to come home for a funeral and we’re probably having people over to my sister‘s house afterward. I’ve lived away for some time so I haven’t had any other options. Have had Jambalaya Shoppe and Pot & Paddle in the past and I just think we need something better.
