Used to love their shrimp portifino. But, i don't see it listed.

There was one in Shreveport years ago. I liked the Pad Thai and the Adriatic Shrimp.
The shrimp is not on your list, but a menu online describes it as "Sauteed shrimp with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, capers, pepperoncini, and marinara sauce over shell pasta sprinkled with feta cheese."

One of my former bosses passed away a few weeks ago from ALS. He used to take me to the one on Coursey all the time. I really liked that guy.
