I was going to say some type of cheese polenta but 2 corn items probably would be too much

i don't think that one pork chop can hold all of that.

can prob get some good summer squash right now. Slice about 1/4", olive oil, salt, pepper, and grill.

or, if peaches are sweet half them, pit, and grill cut side down to caramelize. goes great with pork.

fresh tomatoes just chopped up with salt pepper is always great....or half some and get a char on the grill. great flavor.

A carefully placed "and have" in that sentence would have helped, huh?

Sweet potaoes sliced like French fries, drizzled with olive oil, salt pepper and fresh sprigs of rosemary. Placed on the grill with the (thin cut bone in pork chops) A nice Snagiovese or Zinfandel and you're "in like sin"

+1! The classic grilling/BBQ sides...add baked beans in there, with garlic bread and some Jack Millers...for the bread and THERE YA GO!
