Lejeune’s in Eunice. I work with one of their relatives and get their 5 lb bag of spicy smoked quite often. It’s damn good.

Kartchner’s (especially green onion) if picking up from the source,
I like their smoked green onion sausage also. They ship.

Kelly's Meat Block in Opelousas. The mixed smoked sausage helped me win a gumbo cook off award.

Green Onion Mixed from Market Basket in Lake Charles. Really anything they make at the meat counter

Country Pleasin’ brand is my favorite store bought. Pretty much a tie for me between the Black Pepper Cheddar and the Pineapple and Pork.

Usually grab some Double D from a Winn Dixie in Mandeville on the way back home from BR.

Pecan Wood Smoked Green Onion Sausage, Andouille and Tasso from Bergerons in Port Allen. Gumbo, Jambalaya and Pastalaya's it's my go-to.

I concur. We pick up sausage every time we go through Iowa, La.

Down Home Brand found in Walmart is surprisingly good without trying too hard.

Can’t get the Louisiana sausages here, but we do get Holmes sausages from Texas. Good alternative.

Nunus in Youngsville has a Steen Syrup Smoked Sausage that is really good.

Some of my favorites:
Rabideaux's
Rod's (Church Point)
Teet's
Cox's (Reserve)
Paul's Meat Market (Ville Platte)
Veron (grocery store in Lutcher)
Don's Country Store (Reserve)
Lejeune's (Eunice)
Kartchner's
and it doesn't get a lot of love but I think Bergeron's in Port Allen puts out a good product
