Stabiler taking over Sammy's Highland location

Well that's one location down for ole Sammy's...

He isn’t ready to disclose the name of the restaurant, but Stabiler said the property will be “very close to what it was before”.
“It will be casual dining. My background is in seafood and crawfish,” he said. “We’re going to offer boiled crawfish right away.”
The restaurant will stay pretty much the same, with the same look on the interior and the same layout. “It’s not going to be high end by any means,” he said. “It will just be a little bit better.”
