Storing toaster strudels

I found that keeping the 6 pack box in the fridge instead of the freezer is 100000X better when it comes to "cooking" them.
Straight from the freezer my toaster has a hard time cooking them thoroughly without burning the outer crust. Nothing worst than biting into your strawberry cream cheese strudel and it being ice cold
From the fridge I can get the outside nice and crispy while not burning it and still get the inner goodness piping hot.
Bonus tip for fellow strudel fans:
put your icing pack in the microwave for 4 seconds. DON'T go 5 or 6 because it will explode. (You never want to have to eat your strudel sans icing, if this were to happen just eat another strudel and split the packet between the two)
Keep an eye on the packet with your hand ready on the microwave door. If you see the packet start to swell pull the door quick.

Absolutely. Always half burnt and half frozen.
