Can someone post a stuffed flounder recipe?

Remove the scales under a running faucet if that step hasn't been done. Run a sharp kife from the tail to the head region, then turn that knife so as to make the flesh peel back from the spine left and right. The top half is the cavity to which the into when that step is done. Stuffing, one lb each of crab meat and shrimp4(30-40 head off) mix together along with sauteed trinity and a tad of bread crumbs to bind it. Use a bit of SYM on the exterior, along with L&P sauce, lemon juice, and melted butter 350F for thirty. ETA a bit of sherry won't hurt the mixture
